a word from the owner...

"We'll miss our morning coffees in the sunshine on the balcony, with windows East and South facing the flat is always flooded with light. As a corner plot we benefit from no side neighbours. We've built a strong community with our block during our time in Atkins Square whom we will miss, it has been a fantastic place to form as a family. We've been spoilt with many green spaces within a 5-10 minute walk in each direction and a superb choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs which bring a vibrant feel to the area. The gym, yoga studio and near by shops make it a very convenient location, no to mention the two overground stations nearby."

Our Local Guide:
Hackney

Dalston Lane, Hackney — Stow Brothers

Where do you start with Hackney? It can feel like it’s all been said before, but, of course, it can’t have been because the area is constantly evolving, which is what keeps it so fresh. It’s just what happens when a neighbourhood has such a high population of creative innovators.

Even fans of Hackney’s scruffier edges love the imaginative ways that the area has been regenerated, with thoughtfully-designed stores, bars and coffee shops sitting comfortably alongside sleek architecture and beloved institutions such as Ridley Road Market.

Despite all this urban buzz, the area has a surprisingly large amount of green space, including Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and London Fields, which fill up with a mix of visitors and locals at weekends. Whether they go on to have food at a Michelin-starred restaurant, a pint in The Talbot or a swim in the lido, they’re all united in their love of this most unique community.
