Mortgage Administrator / Paraplanner

This could be the best opportunity in the sector, to provide sales and administration support for initially two Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The role will involve all aspects of mortgage and protection administration, with emphasis on overseeing the smooth processing of applications, informing both the client and the adviser at every stage of the process.

Recent experience in a similar role along with a genuine passion for consistently delivering a first-class client service is paramount.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

* Providing full administration / paraplanning support for two whole of market Mortgage advisers including preparing documents and submitting business.

* Calling Mortgage/protection leads, arranging client call-backs, and booking new and existing client meetings, on a regular daily basis.

* Liaising with advisers, lenders, and conveyancers/solicitors as required to ensure clients are dealt with in the most appropriate and efficient manner.

* Manage converted cases alongside the advisers to ensure all paperwork and relevant documents are collated, completed, and attached/uploaded to the correct files, in line with our compliance procedures and data protection laws.

* Regular engagement with clients via telephone, email, and letter.

* Being able to manage your own workflows and tasks. Working on your own initiative and achieving agreed outcomes and meeting service levels without supervision.

* Producing detailed and compliant suitability reports for mortgage and protection recommendations.

Skills and Experience:

* A good understanding and experience of the mortgage and protection process from inception to completion, preferably gained in a whole of market brokerage.

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* To be able to communicate confidently, effectively, and professionally with clients and providers, be it by telephone or email.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload and manage your diary in a disciplined manner.

* Attention to detail, being able to adhere to quality standards and deliver the highest level of client service.

* Be driven and focused with the ability to complete a large volume of tasks under pressure and on time.

* Be an integral part of the team

Applicants will need to be highly professional and be comfortable dealing with a wide variety of clientele.

Salary: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.

* £25,000 – £30,000 per year.

* The successful candidate will be expected to complete a 6 month probationary period.

* Discretionary annual performance related bonus

Are you a professional and articulate individual, with a passion for the property industry, looking for an exciting new opportunity within an established Estate Agency?

* Located in Walthamstow
* Full Time Role – Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm
* You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, as well as your own and other agencies.
* Ideally previous experience in residential property sales progression
* Excellent and responsive customer service
* Proactively progressing the sale to completion
* Responding and resolving problems that arise during the sales process.
* Liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers/financial advisors monitoring and tracking each sale in order to meet exchange and completion deadlines.

Saturday Viewing Assistant

Are you a professional and articulate individual, with an interest in interiors & the property industry, looking for an exciting new opportunity within an established Estate Agency?

* Located in E4
* Part Time Role – Saturday 9am – 5pm
* You will be responsible for conducting customer property viewings in E4 and surrounding area.
* Previous experience in property is not essential.
* Conducting viewings and providing feedback.
* Identifying potential clients.
* Providing the best advice and service to customer at all times
* Liaising with customers and the office
* Local knowledge desirable but not essential.
* Own transport preferable, either car or bike.
