Daily tasks including but not limited too

Property Maintenance

Tenancy Renewals

Deposit Returns

Safety Compliance (GSI, PAT, EPC, EICR etc)

Legal Claims

Rent Arrears

Notices

Property Visits

Client Meetings

Relationship building

We require a minimum of 2 year’s experience, ARLA qualified preferred but not essential.

Working Pattern –

Monday to  Thursday  8:45 to 6.00pm

Friday 8:45 to 5.00pm
