a word from the owner.....

"I brought the property back in 2012, I really like the local residents in the area, they're very friendly and since having baby even happy to baby sit. South Woodford high street is beautiful, relaxed and with a village feel to it. You have the great Epping forest on your doorstep, there are so many green spaces, I guess that’s what makes South Woodford such great place to live. The connections to central London are great if you need to commute for work, it has the best of both worlds connecting you to all the treats that central London offers as well as the village feel."

Our Local Guide:
South Woodford

Crescent Road, South Woodford — Stow Brothers

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds.

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
