An idyllic two bedroom, ex-Warner first floor apartment overlooking Lloyd Park. Close to Walthamstow Central, this gorgeous home is beautifully appointed with flawless Design & Decor and benefits from its own share of mature garden.

Set in a sought-after, leafy residential street, above your signature dedicated Warner front door, you'll be delighted to spot your own piece of history displayed on an esteemed Blue Plaque mentioning Sir TCT Warner himself.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be stretching out in over 800 square feet of lush living space, starting with your bright, entrance presented in classic Warner style. Upstairs to your long, light hall bouncing natural rays across blonde wooden flooring, and with stylish teal accents, you'll be smitten by your glorious, 170 square foot lounge. Here three windows showcase smart, traditional wooden shutters, lending a high-end finish. An ornate original iron fireplace nods to this home's Victorian heritage. A side return leads to your haven of a garden, big enough for a table and chairs.

Broad, honey-toned floorboards elevate the vintage vibe of the first of your two similarly-sized double bedrooms. The palest of pinks suggests a cosy, inviting sanctuary. In your second bedroom, ample designated storage and the light from two generous windows evoke an airy feel. Your chic kitchen is at the heart of your new home. Glossy white metro tiles complement a warm oak countertop and ivory units contrast boldly with black ceramic tiles underfoot. Your bathroom is a monochrome masterpiece with a chrome rainfall shower, and stunning black and white detailing.

The green gem of Lloyd Park is right outside with its tennis courts, outdoor gym and regular farmers' market. The Village is less than half a mile on foot for a wealth of Walthamstow highlights. Whether it's the huge range of independent bars and artisanal restaurants, or live entertainment at Ye Olde Rose & Crown, you'll never be bored. Your new local is The Bell, just five minutes from your door. A much loved Walthamstow flagship, sitting on Bell Corner, this family friendly gastropub houses a delightful beer garden for sunny drinks and meet ups.

WHAT ELSE?

- Walthamstow Central, a mere thirteen minutes on foot, gets you straight to King's Cross in just fifteen minutes via the Victoria line, putting the heart of the city less than a half hour away. Being at the start of the line, you'll always bag the best seat. Liverpool Street is just twenty minutes direct via the overground.
- The convenience of residents' parking is available meaning drivers should have no trouble finding a spot and you're ten minutes from the North Circular.
- For parents, there is a choice of twenty-four 'Good' and 'Outstanding' primary and secondary schools within a mile.

a word from the owners...

"We love being on Winns Terrace, its a great location over looking Lloyd Park and its been brilliant watching the seasons go by just across the road from us. It is a great flat in a lovely neighbourhood and we have made many friends whilst in the area. Our flat is the perfect Warner property and we have loved adding our own touches to it. Its a lovely social street with a brilliant community sprit and we will miss it very much. We have been spoilt living in the area with the Saturday food market just next door and have loved exploring the nearby neighbourhoods of Wood Street, the Village and Epping Forest."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Winns Terrace, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
