A bright and beautifully presented two bedroom Warner apartment, set directly opposite Lloyd Park with open green views and its own private front door. Arranged with a generous open living kitchen space and a section of rear garden, this is a thoughtfully updated home that balances period character with a calm, contemporary finish.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You’d step through your own arched front door and into a welcoming hallway, where the sense of proportion that defines these homes is immediately clear. The open living kitchen space is arranged to feel both sociable and well organised, with ample room to cook, dine and unwind in one connected setting. Large windows frame leafy views towards the park, drawing in natural light and giving the room an easy, airy feel. The kitchen itself is neatly integrated, with shaker style cabinetry, metro tiled splashbacks and timber worktops bringing warmth and texture to the space.

Both bedrooms are well proportioned doubles, each finished in calm, neutral tones and enjoying plenty of daylight. The bathroom continues the considered aesthetic, with vintage inspired tiling and quality fittings that sit comfortably within the home’s period setting. To the rear, you have your own section of garden, a private pocket of outdoor space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, while the expanse of Lloyd Park is quite literally on your doorstep.

WHAT ELSE?

You’re moments from the landscaped grounds, tennis courts, café and the much loved William Morris Gallery, all set within Lloyd Park’s historic surroundings.

Around a fifteen minute walk brings you to Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line and Overground, offering swift connections into the City and across London.

Hoe Street and the Village are both within easy reach, with neighbourhood favourites such as Sodo Pizza Walthamstow and Yard Sale Pizza adding to the area’s well loved food scene.

a word from the owner...

"We’ve loved our time living on Winns Terrace, and it’s a home we’ll always look back on with great fondness. One of the first things that attracted us was the street itself – it’s friendly, peaceful, and has a genuine sense of community. The property is also well connected, with easy access to buses, the tube, and rail links. The location really is fantastic. Having the park directly across the road has been invaluable, perfect for walks, fresh air, and a welcome bit of green space right on the doorstep. It’s something we’ve made use of regularly and will really miss. Another highlight is the Saturday food market with great food and great coffee."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Winns Terrace, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
