As a first time buyer, I could not have wished for a better property. I have enjoyed a good few years at the flat and am only looking to relocate because of my sausage dog who struggles with steps and am looking to stay in the area. The flat is a perfect size for a couple or family of three even. I instantly fell in love with the wonderful light in the flat and the loft room was one the biggest factors for me to buy this property. It is so convenient to have that space as my painting studio, guest bedroom and to dry the laundry. Highams Park is an amazing location. There is such a strong sense of community in the area. Transport wise it is very convenient with the Overground Station linking to Hackney and Liverpool Street and Walthamstow central being a 10 min bus ride away. There are so many lovely walks in the area with Walthamstow Forrest and Epping Forrest at our doorstep. Highams Park is a beautiful local park with the stunning lake and a cafe. There are so many local restaurants and cafes to pick from, with my favourites being Biba and Wren and Karya with their delicious coffees and cakes. Vinoramica is a local staple for wine lovers and if you're looking for a spot of shopping Grace and Albert has lovey homeware and small gifts.
