"It has been a great time living in the property since South Woodford is a buzzing and super convenient location on the Central line. The property is a stone-throw to all the local shops, cafes and supermarkets. It is also a few minutes walk away from part of the Epping Forest and local walking routes to nearby popular locations such as Wanstead and Woodford. The property is full of light and really warm and heats up quickly, both in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely furbished and there is a nice bath to relax"

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
