A beautifully finished two bedroom, ground floor ex Warner apartment set back from the road with original features, dedicated front door and private garden, all just moments from Walthamstow High Street and Blackhorse Road, with a wealth of transport links and shopping opportunities within easy reach.
Your tree-lined street's named after Walthamstow's first ever mayor - Sir Thomas Courtenay Warner. His timeless design still makes for some of the best housing in the area.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be welcoming friends and family into your 115 square foot lounge with handsome timber floorboards flowing underfoot, a twin set of windows adorned with plantation shutters beckoning in streams of natural light and a marvellously ornate vintage fireplace with mantel centrepiece. Next door your kitchen's dual aspect and blessed with a charming black and white tiled backsplash, sparkling white suite and on-trend open shelving.

A patio door here opens out onto your sole use rear garden. Although currently in need of a green fingered touch, this high-fenced and barely overlooked outside space is all set for you to transform into your own private solace from city life. Back inside, you've a glorious bathroom complete with sparkling white vintage tiles, extra long bath and rainfall shower. Bedroom two (currently in use as a dining room) is a generous 120 square foot double enjoying tranquil leafy views and another vintage fireplace, while your 135 square foot master comes with pristine white walls, more of those enviable timber floorboards and a garden view.

Outside, Blackhorse Road station is ten minutes on foot and will whisk you to Oxford Circus in just twenty. Heading to the City? St James Street overground is even closer and will get you straight to Liverpool Street just as quickly. Not only that, Walthamstow's ever-evolving social hub, Crate St James, is right next door to the station, as is Walthamstow High Street, home to Europe's longest street market, recently enlivened by the addition of the curated Sunday Social stalls - great for fresh produce!

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Warner Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
