a word from the owner....

"It is with a heavy heart we leave this incredible home that we absolutely threw ourselves into as a major renovation project. Every corner of the home has been carefully considered and it allows for so much brilliant flexibility as a family. We love the glorious garden and airy loft that is perfect for visitors and family to stay. We split our time between our kitchen that was creatively and practically designed by Holte, and our living room with the cosy fire. The local area is lovely too. We have met so many lovely people and our daughter's school is brilliant. We will miss the community that exists in Upper Leytonstone and the convenience to access both Central London and the nearby green spaces that surround the area."

Our Local Guide:
Leytonstone

Wallwood Road, Leytonstone — Stow Brothers

There’s more to Leytonstone than first meets the eye. Say the name to one person and they might think of the grand houses around Hollow Ponds, while say it to someone else and they’ll mention burgeoning South Leytonstone, or maybe the popular Bushwood. There are many different pockets, but they’re all united by the same inclusive community who recognise that it’s the balance of it all that makes Leytonstone so great.

The centre is arguably the high street with its eclectic shops and eateries, but you only have to venture slightly further away and you’ll come across hidden gems like bar Filly Brook on Grove Green Road, music venue Luna Lounge in Bushwood, or the The Hitchcock Hotel in Upper Leytonstone. Travel a little beyond and you’ll find further contrast with the vast green space that Hollow Ponds and the Wanstead Flats provide. Simply put, you’ll never get bored in Leytonstone.
