  “I’ve loved living in the flat for the past 4 years. The flat is cosy and relaxing, located on Turner Road which is a peaceful and friendly residential street. The living room is perfect to switch off for the evening or host friends and family, and has a secluded garden for BBQs and hosting friends in the summer months. Located less than 5 minutes to Wood Street station and Walthamstow Village it’s perfectly connected and has the best coffee shops, pubs and bakeries close by. Hollow Pond is also very close by for longer weekend walks which is perfect. I’ll really miss the flat but it’s been the perfect home.”

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground).
