IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be instantly impressed by the majestic monochromatic exterior of your vintage home. Inside you're greeted by honey hued herringbone flooring that flows underfoot throughout, leading you through your hall, with innovate integrated storage under the stairs and into your crisp white living room, all beautifully lit from that vintage bay window and laid open to the vast open plan kitchen and dining area, expertly extended and home to a fabulous feature fireplace. Your kitchen is marked out by a sociable breakfast bar and a row of chic contrasting cabinets, all topped with a stretch of gorgeous grey worktops. Your dining area features custom wrap around benches and is blissfully bright from your showstopping picture window and two vast skylights.

On a sun drenched day you can throw open your patio door and dine al fresco in your peaceful and pristine private garden. A serene sanctuary, with stylish slate grey paving, a verdant square lawn and borders of tasteful topiary in established raised beds. Heading back inside and upstairs for your family bathroom, where slate grey tiles underline pristine white walls and marbled tiling gleams around your luxurious tub. Fixtures are matte black and match the chic trimming on your sumptuous stand alone shower. Both first floor bedrooms are versatile doubles with feature vintage radiators. Bedroom one is currently in use as an opulent ochre yellow playroom and number two is dreamy in deep indigo and cool in the summer, thanks to air conditioning.

On the third floor, you'll discover your showstopping penthouse suite, dormer designed and with plenty of handsome high ceilings. There's plenty of storage in the eaves and a large skylight for sweeping views and floods of natural light. You have a handy private dressing area en route to your beautiful Juliet balcony. Your en suite is just as fabulous, with lashings of gleaming white letterbox tiling, a stand alone shower and a chic bespoke basin. Your fourth bedroom is currently in use as a handy home office, but would make a gorgeous guest room or a convenient nursery room, to keep a little one close by.

You're perfectly placed to explore the best our borough has to offer, with our picturesque Walthamstow Village an easy thirteen minute stroll away. On Orford road you can enjoy our legendary line up of boutiques, bars and notable eateries, such as Orford Road Tapas and Eat 17. You also have the amenities of Wood Street just a three minute walk away, your new local may be The Duke, that regularly hosts live music and your new favourite brunch spot could be Dudley's, a relaxed bohemian cafe, just moments from your front door.

a word from the owner...

"Living on Turner Road has been nothing short of a delight. Nestled in the vibrant heart of E17, our home offers the best of both worlds: the quaint charm of Walthamstow Village and the dynamic evolution of Wood Street. Here, every day feels like a perfect blend of convenience and community. Proximity to Amenities: Walthamstow Village is just a stroll away, where you can immerse yourself in its rich history, local boutiques and restaurants. Vestry House Museum has been granted planning permission for a £4.5 million redevelopment. The anticipated opening of Gail's bakery in the area will soon add to the culinary tapestry of our neighbourhood. Wood Street continues to blossom, with new developments enhancing its appeal. From here, you're within walking distance to supermarkets, Lancaster's Home & Garden, coffee shops and the renowned Chocolatine Bakery for your weekend sourdough loaves and pastries, variety of pubs and restaurants, Travis Perkins for DIY needs, the overground station, whisking you to Liverpool Street in just 18 minutes and the Georgian Village - home to over 10 shops, each run by local owners. Nature's Embrace: being so close to Wood Street, you're also at the gateway to Epping Forest. Our road is a tranquil oasis, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. Here, you'll find a community of like-minded individuals who value this serene yet accessible lifestyle. This area is ideal for families, with numerous nurseries and highly-regarded schools nearby. The community here is vibrant, supportive, and diverse, making it a perfect place to raise children. Relocating is bittersweet, but we leave knowing that our home will continue to provide joy, comfort, and convenience to its new owners. We've cherished every moment here and are confident that you will too."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Turner Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
