"Wood Street has really transformed over the past few years and it's been great watching it happen! Whilst old favourites like The Duke pub still draw in the crowds, we've seen multiple independent coffee shops, a bakery, a deli, the new library, plaza and a craft beer store all open up in the past couple of years. Being a few minutes walk from the expanse that is Epping Forest has been a delight for the evenings and weekends. It is a quick walk to Orford Road with lots of quaint shops and cafes. You can also get to the city in 20 minutes." Flat is well-built, spacious and light with a fitted kitchen and modern appliances. Really enjoyable to sit out on the balcony and watch the fountain."

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space.
