A bright, smart and stylish two bedroom apartment on the third floor of handsome, red brick designer development just off our thriving neighbourhood of Wood Street. You have twin bathrooms, a huge lounge/kitchen and private balcony.

One of our borough's most exciting new neighbourhoods, Wood Street is home to a nice variety of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, plus a thriving indoor market, great for vintage finds. It's all on your doorstep.

You'll be enjoying plenty of natural light throughout, with floor to ceiling windows as standard throughout your impressive suite of rooms. The kitchen/diner is dual aspect, and totals an impressive 300 square feet, with smart engineered hardwood underfoot and a handsome suite of glossy sleek cabinets, integrated appliances and matching chunky counters sat off to one end.

Opposite the kitchen area, double French doors lead out to your balcony, a tranquil, sheltered spot with a glazed, tinted balustrade making the most of the rooftop views. Back inside and both bedrooms are substantial doubles, with the 150 square foot principal sleeper featuring a sleek en suite. Finally the family bathroom is just as eye catching, fully tiled in sandstone.

Just three minutes from your front door, Wood Street's charms start with The Duke, a much loved gastropub with a delicious range of mouth watering burgers. Explore further for a selection of cafes, including home made delights at the Wood Street Bakery. Whenever you want to venture further afield, Wood Street station is less than five minutes from your front door and will get you straight to Liverpool Street in twenty, putting the City less than a half hour away door to door.

- Walthamstow Village, the jewel in our borough's crown, is less than a half mile on foot for some of the finest high end wining and dining establishments for miles around. You're bound to find a favourite.
- Between the fitted wardrobes in the principal bedroom and the large, twin units in the hallway, you've a wealth of welcome storage here. All too rare for London apartments.
- Heading to the West End? Walthamstow Central is just one stop and two minutes from Wood Street , for a quick hop to the Victoria line and twenty minute runs to Oxford Circus.

a word from the owners.........

"Wood Street has really transformed over the past few years and it's been great watching it happen! Whilst old favourites like The Duke pub still draw in the crowds, we've seen multiple independent coffee shops, a bakery, a deli, the new library, plaza and a craft beer store all open up in the past couple of years. Being a few minutes walk from the expanse that is Epping Forest has been a delight for the evenings and weekends. It is a quick walk to Orford Road with lots of quaint shops and cafes. You can also get to the city in 20 minutes." Flat is well-built, spacious and light with a fitted kitchen and modern appliances. Really enjoyable to sit out on the balcony and watch the fountain."

Our Local Guide:

Troubridge Square, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
