A beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment situated on the third floor of a modern block, just moments from Walthamstow Central. Designed with modern living in mind, you’ll find ample storage, high spec appliances, contemporary fittings and pristine decor. And beyond the charming communal gardens, everything that Walthamstow has to offer is a hop and a skip away.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be stretching out in your spacious open plan living space and planning your social calendar, now that you live in one of E17’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

You’ll really appreciate the neutral decor and blonde-toned floors, while the recessed spot lighting combined with the generous floor-to-ceiling balcony doors means you have an extra touch of brilliance in your home.

There's plenty of space for dining or working, and the kitchen area comes with a breakfast bar and spotless units. The bathroom is equally immaculate, with a shower over the tub, smart storage sink and modern tiling.

As for the bedroom, you’ll find built-in storage and a deep blue feature wall. Finally, the communal gardens are thoughtfully curated, offering an al fresco seating area and stretch of lawn.

Beyond, Walthamstow Central station is around five minutes on foot from your front door, where you can jump on the Victoria line to get to Oxford Circus twenty minutes, or take the Overground to Liverpool Street in the same amount of time.

You’ve got countless amenities on your doorstep, including Europe’s longest market which runs along Walthamstow High Street, the many, many quality eateries and independent stores of Hoe Street, plus the convenient chains found in the 17&Central shopping centre.

WHAT ELSE?

- The lively Crate St James, home to an array of independent pop-up kitchens, breweries and barbers, is a 12 minutes walk way.
- Your new local? Walthamstow institution The Chequers has a great menu and large beer garden, all just three minutes away on foot.
- There’s a buzz in the air about Soho Theatre Walthamstow, a 1000 seat performance space that will be home to world-class entertainment when it opens soon - and it’ll be less than half a mile from your front door.

a word from the owner......

"I have loved living in this property. It is a great size for an individual or couple and the location is enviable with many amenities only a short walk away including transport connections, vibrant shops, cafes and restaurants. The flat is set in a secure, purpose built development and is quiet, peaceful and drenched in natural light. It is well insulated and cosy all year round. The neighbours are friendly and have helped to make this a really great place to live."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Thomas Jacomb Place, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
