a word from the owner...

"Stepping into this house every day feels like stepping into a fairytale. The impact Epping Forest has had on our lives is immeasurable. The ancient forestland, stretching 12 miles right from our doorstep, has been our sanctuary, profoundly impacting our mental health. The nights echo with the calls of tawny owls, and our front garden witnesses the graceful visits of Muntjac deer and a myriad of birds. Our 6-year-old daughter has grown up here, her love for nature nurtured by this magical place. But it's not just the forest that makes this home special; it's the incredible community among the pines. Our children play together, forging bonds that make this neighborhood not just friendly, but a true family. I grew up in central London, and I never imagined such a connected and supportive neighborhood could exist. Our home, with its front and back gardens, is perpetually bathed in sunlight. We've grown our own food here, watched it flourish in our raised beds and gardens. The studio apartment has welcomed lodgers, creating a harmonious living space, and it's been a delightful retreat for our family and friends. Maintaining this house has been a joy, and we've spent some of the happiest years of our lives here. It’s more than just a house; it's a vessel of our happiness, a canvas for our memories, and a testament to the wonders of nature and community. Now, it’s time for another family or individual to experience the enchantment we’ve known. This home isn’t just waiting for new owners; it’s waiting for kindred spirits to continue its story. We invite you to come, explore, and become a part of this magical tale."
