"We have absolutely loved living in this house. It is a very spacious and comfortable home perfect for a family. The garden is very large and mostly undeveloped so there is plenty of space to make it your own. It also includes a covered outside dining area great for barbecues and working in the summer! We have enjoyed renovating and modernising the property, including replacing the staircase and installing two new bathrooms and redecorating and reflooring throughout. The bedrooms are all very large and the kitchen and lounge are very homely. Highams Park is a great place to live with everything you need on the doorstep. It has a very nice park and excellent cafes and pubs alongside excellent transport links to central London, easy access to the north circular by road and lots of wonderful walks in Epping Forest on the doorstep."

Not everyone in the capital has heard of Highams Park, and that’s only a good thing. Although it’s well connected to Central London on the Overground to Liverpool Street, it’s tucked out of sight enough to ensure that the picturesque woodland and coffee shops have a slightly exclusive feel.
