"We have lived at the flat for just under 4 years and have loved living here. It's a 5 minute walk from a wide range of amenities and 20mins from Stratford/30mins for Liverpool Street. There are plenty of walks with Leyton flats and Epping being close by. It's a very quiet area but also very easy to get into Greater London. The South facing windows light up the flat and we have watched some epic sunsets in the evening from our sofa. A great 1 bedroom flat!"

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
