a word from the owners...
"We moved into the property just before we had our first child and for us the location of the house couldn't have been better. Everything is on your doorstep - cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and many more. Being less than a minute to the tube is such a blessing after a long day at work or a late night out! The upside-down lay out of the house works perfectly. Our upstairs living area is bright, spacious and warm and the open plan nature worked brilliantly for us. We love the modern approach to living the property offers and have loved living in the heart of South Woodford."

Our Local Guide:
South Woodford
Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?
No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds.
No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
