2 Bedroom

2 Bath

A beautifully finished two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third floor of a modern block, just moments from Walthamstow Central.

At almost 900 square feet, you’ll find a huge open plan living space with panoramic views of the City, high spec appliances, contemporary fittings and pristine decor, whilst outside you’ll have easy access to Walthamstow’s best amenities - from award-winning food and drink to top rated events and attractions. And as it’s so close to the tube, you can reach the West End or City in less than 30 minutes door-to-door.

Your dual aspect open plan kitchen/living room is a brilliantly sized space, with pristine engineered flooring sweeping the length and a tasteful pink feature wall. The kitchen area features sleek cabinets, integrated appliances and stylish tiling, which will make hosting a dream.

The balcony is a real show-stopper, with those incredible views - and the floor to ceiling doors lend even more brilliance to the interior space.

The two double bedrooms are both just as plush, with ample storage space, immaculate decor and soft carpeting. One has an ensuite, and there’s another smart bathroom in the mix, both stylish contemporary suites with mirrored vanity units and heated towel rails. The spacious hallway is more than just a gateway to the home, with eye-pleasing green decor and in-built storage.

Within a short hop of your building you have some excellent options, including ramen joint Tonkotsu, Signature Brew’s burger venture Collab and sourdough specialist Today Bread, which will be your go-to for coffee and delicious baked goods.

Just as close to home, you’ve got Europe’s longest market which runs along Walthamstow High Street and the convenient chains found in the newly-developed the 17&Central shopping centre. If you need to escape further afield, Walthamstow Central station is served by both the Victoria line and Overground, so double the convenience.

- The building has secure cycle storage, perfect for summer rides through Walthamstow Wetlands, Hackney Marshes and beyond, and the apartment has a long lease with 245 years remaining.
- Next year you’ll also be able to enjoy being just a few minutes from the much anticipated Soho Theatre Walthamstow, which was been given a £30m investment as part of the council’s’ London Borough of Culture 2019 commitment to the arts and community.
- Despite all this urban living, you’re actually still surrounded by greenery; Lloyd Park is less than ten minutes away, where you’ll also find the William Morris Gallery, the former home of Walthamstow’s most famous son and a great place for rotating exhibitions.

a word from the owner...

"We have absolutely loved having this flat as our home for the last five years! The huge open plan living space with loads of natural light and the south-west facing balcony have made this a great space to host friends and family. We never tire of the incredible views on our balcony, and being at the end of the floor we are fortunate to have panoramic views of the city. We will particularly miss the gorgeous sunsets and New Years Eve fireworks. The proximity to Walthamstow Central station has been super convenient for us, with regular trains just 20 minutes into Liverpool Street, and the Victoria Line getting us into Oxford Circus in 20 minutes too. Walthamstow itself has been a delight to live in with our favourite aspects being the independent shops and breweries, the village, and walks around Walthamstow Wetlands."

Our Local Guide:

Station Approach, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
