An immaculately appointed two double bedroom Victorian terrace home with south-facing rear garden in Chapel End. You're within easy reach of our ever-evolving Wood Street neighbourhood here, plus a pick of open green spaces.

Chestnut Fields is literally on your doorstep. Cut through to access Lloyd Park via the Bedford Road entrance. With open green spaces, nature area, cafes, courts and landscaped gardens, our beloved green gem is ideal for picnics or hitting fitness goals (Yoga Me Happy will suit those who stretch).

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be enjoying the calm that comes from living on a residential no through road, with your interior just as tranquil. The heart of your new home will surely be your 175 square foot, south-facing kitchen/diner. Sleek and gleaming curved white cabinets jostle with that sea green backsplash for attention, while ebony countertops add striking flourishes and your dining area overlooks your outside space for nature inside and out.

Open the patio doors here to step out onto onto your sunny sixteen foot garden, where a timber deck gives way to lawn flanked by raised timber sleeper beds and ending in forty five square foot of handy shed space. Back inside and your lounge comes in at 135 square feet with a shuttered bay window and vintage cornicing overhead. Upstairs both bedrooms are sumptuously carpeted, generous doubles, while your bathroom's decked out in white metro tiles with a shower over the L-shaped tub.

Outside and take the six minute stroll to Wood Street to find a whole host of independent shops, cafes and bars. Wood Street Bakery offers artisan patisserie (Jen's cinnamon rolls are a must!) served with a matcha latte. Wood Street station will get you to Liverpool Street in twenty minutes or change at Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line.

a word from the owners....

"We have really enjoyed the quiet, community feel of this little bit of Spruce Hills Road and the access to the field is a big bonus. Mini Hiba on Wood Street do an amazing chicken wrap and the new library and nearby play area are great for kids."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Spruce Hills Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
