a word from the owner...

"The property benefits from access to 2 tube lines the Victoria line and Central line, and Leyton Midland over ground station, it is also supplied by many bus routes. Getting out of London by car is also very easy because of the proximity of the M11. It has great cycling routes which connect to Hackney marshes, the canal network and beyond. Hallow ponds, Epping Forest and Westfield shopping centre are all close by. I love to run in Jubliee park right through to the marshes. The property has a spacious south facing garden, with established plants and a golden delicious apple tree. The rooms are a good size and the lack of a third bedroom is offset by a lovely spacious bathroom. The alley at the side of the house now gives access to a craft brewery. We have enjoyed living in this house for many years with ease of access to travel and the benefits of living in Waltham Forest."

It’s an easy reach too, with the Central line connecting Leyton with the city to the west, and leafy Essex to the east.
