IF YOU LIVED HERE...

From the front hall, to your left, your 145 square foot reception area is finished in soft pink, beautifully contrasting with light oak flooring. The bay window floods the space with natural light. Another 100 square feet room is laid open in serene sage green, ideal for a dining area, and with access to the handy lean-to. Next door your sleek kitchen features modern appliances, black matt cabinets, granite style worktops, and a clean white splashback, with textured sandstone tilework adding warmth underfoot.

To the rear, the first of your two bathrooms includes a tub with an overhead shower, white tiling and bright sky blue accents. Upstairs, two generous double bedrooms are bright and airy with plush carpeting. The first floor bathroom blends modern and retro elements with salmon tiles, bold wallpaper, and azure floor tiles. Brass hardware and a freestanding tub add a contemporary feel, while the floating vanity and large shower enhance functionality. Your private back garden has a separate patio area and lush, manicured grass. A wonderful spot for hosting garden barbecues.

Your surroundings are as vibrant as your new home itself. a word from the expert...

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Shakespeare Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
