A bright and immaculate, four bedroom, brick-fronted Victorian terrace spread across three floors, perfectly located in our sought-after locale of Walthamstow Village. You have a wealth of social space, lengthy garden, an outbuilding and Walthamstow's finest bars and gastropubs right on your doorstep.

Walthamstow Central Station is a mere eleven minute walk away. From here you can get directly to Oxford Circus via the Victoria line (being at the top of the line means you'll always get a seat) or Liverpool Street in twenty minutes.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll have the heart of Walthamstow Village just six minutes away on foot. With peaceful, part-pedestrianised streets, historic architecture and some lovely open green spaces, The Village more than lives up to its name. It's also home to some of the finest artisanal shops, bars, restaurants and gastropubs for miles around, from the cocktail chic of Eat17 to the vegan offerings, friendly cats and fairy-lit garden of The Nag's Head and everything in between, there's something for everyone right on your doorstep. Also not to be missed are the mouth-watering pork belly bites with black pudding at Orford Road's The Kitchen.

Inside and your dual aspect, 270 square foot reception comes with pristine white walls, a bay window dressed in plantation shutters and timber flooring underfoot. It's a welcoming and generous space, perfect for hosting all year round - winter nights are made cosy with an elegant ebony hearth to the rear. Through to the kitchen and you've another large and flawless space coming in at 190 square feet. Dual aspect with a dining area, tower radiator, skylight and constellation of recessed spot lighting overhead, this is another ideal hosting space.

Patio doors throw open the entire space to your garden; a patio area gives way to a lengthy lawn, raised sleeper beds and high fences for privacy, all ending in a versatile outbuilding. Back inside and head up the stairs to find the white tiled bathroom with mosaic tile flourishes. To the front is your master bedroom, an enticing 170 square foot double with twin windows adorned in more of those plantation shutters, while to the rear you've another double bedroom and a versatile single, both with garden views. Lastly, the jewel in the crown's your 210 square foot loft bedroom with twin skylights, leafy treetop vista, plush carpet and gleaming en suite complete with a dedicated rainfall shower cubicle.

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Shaftesbury Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
