"We’ve called this flat home for nearly three wonderful years, and it’s been the perfect first property. Spacious and practical, it offers plenty of storage and a bright, airy feel. The living room is a standout feature, with west-facing views showcasing stunning sunsets of the London skyline. The flat also has a unique brick balcony with an open top, allowing in more light than neighbouring balconies – a feature we’ve truly appreciated. As it's a new flat, it’s incredibly energy-efficient, we hardly need to use the heating! The communal roof terrace, just down the hall, has been another favourite spot for picnics, summer drinks, or watching fireworks on Diwali or New Year’s Eve. East Ham is a fantastic area, with everything you need within walking distance – supermarkets, lovely restaurants, and even a soft play area for kids. Nearby gems include Ali’s Deli, our favourite Sunday brunch stop, and charming local pubs like the Denmark Arms and the Red Lion."
