a word from the owner...

"Hackney Wick is a superb place to live. The flat is situated on top of the canal. We have spent countless evenings watching canal boats stroll up and down. There is a real community vibe in the Wick. Lots of cultural events take place at weekends for adults and children alike. Victoria Park is just minutes away and is perfect for running or an evening stroll. There are copious restaurants in the neighbourhood, including Barge East, Gotto Trattoria and Randy's Wing Bar, as well Michelin Guide featured Silo. Our favourite is Crate - it serves up fabulous pizzas and a good beer too! If bars and pubs are your thing you'll be spoilt for choice. Bar 90, Beer Merchants and Howling Hops are all close and serve up a good brew. The Olympic Park, with a new V&A museum, is on your doorstep. As is Hackney Marshes - perfect for running and playing sports. There is an F45 and a Crossfit gym nearby as well as the Olympic Pool/aquatics centre with its own gym. Westfield (with an M&S and Waitrose) and Stratford Station (on the Central and Jubilee lines and Lizzy line) are just a stone's throw away. Hackney Wick station is a seven minute walk. With a 24 hour concierge you'll feel well looked after. We love our home and we will be sad to leave."
