a word from the owner...

"Hackney Wick is a fantastic place to live. The flat sits above Regents canal and lies perfectly between Victoria Park and the Olympic park providing you with lots of lovely outdoor space. The flat itself provides a very generous living space with lots of natural light and occupies an enviable position in the development (end of block) with a balcony offering great views. In addition to this the flat comes with a private parking bay within the development and an excellent concierge team lead by Tayo. There is a great community spirit within Omega Works and the wider neighbourhood. There are lots of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes (Crate Pizza, Barge East etc) on your doorstop. Westfield provides you with everything you could need including an M&S food hall and Waitrose. The exciting new openings of the BBC Music Studios, V&A East, and Sadler's Wells are all within easy walking distance."

Hackney

Roach Road, Hackney — Stow Brothers

Where do you start with Hackney? It can feel like it’s all been said before, but, of course, it can’t have been because the area is constantly evolving, which is what keeps it so fresh. It’s just what happens when a neighbourhood has such a high population of creative innovators.

Even fans of Hackney’s scruffier edges love the imaginative ways that the area has been regenerated, with thoughtfully-designed stores, bars and coffee shops sitting comfortably alongside sleek architecture and beloved institutions such as Ridley Road Market.

Despite all this urban buzz, the area has a surprisingly large amount of green space, including Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and London Fields, which fill up with a mix of visitors and locals at weekends. Whether they go on to have food at a Michelin-starred restaurant, a pint in The Talbot or a swim in the lido, they’re all united in their love of this most unique community.
