This beautifully presented, two bedroom home has a modern, luxurious bathroom, spacious West facing garden and a large, open plan kitchen diner. All located just moments from Blackhorse Road station and the renowned Blackhorse Beer Mile.

Walthamstow Wetlands has beautiful network of reservoirs and lush green pathways to explore on foot or by bike. Our Green Flag award winning nature reserve is just a ten minute stroll from your front door.

Your bright, welcoming living room features an ornate hearth and mantel, and natural light pours in from a large, bistro shuttered bay window to the front. Bespoke shelving and cabinets sit on either side of the fireplace in the alcoves and soft, velvety carpet runs underfoot. Through to your vast, 260 square foot kitchen/diner, you'll find immaculate cream cabinets with brass fixtures and fittings, blonde timber flooring, sleek integrated appliances, a tiled open hearth and direct access to your West facing garden.

Out here you've a sizeable gravelled and brick paved open space, with a raised patio to the rear that's perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. Back inside and heading upstairs, you'll arrive in your principal, 130 square foot bedroom, with more of that plush carpet and two broad, bright sash windows. Your second handsome bedroom is currently set up for homeworking and to the rear of the landing you'll find your modern. Luxurious bathroom. All decked out in mint green and white, with a stylish suite that includes a gorgeous vessel sink and shower over the tub.

You'll be into the heart of London in no time, with Blackhorse Road tube station just a seven minute walk away. Here, you'll find rapid Victoria line services to King's Cross and Oxford Circus. You also have the much loved Blackhorse Beer Mile nearby, stretching all the way up Blackhorse Lane from the tube station and home to plenty of taprooms serving the best locally brewed ales and craft beers along with some diverse dining options. We'd particularly recommend trying some of the wonderful, innovative dishes at SlowBurn, a plant based restaurant that could convert even the most dedicated carnivores.

what else?

- For a really unique dining experience, Supperclub.tube is well worth the fifteen minute walk. The restaurant is set underground in a decommissioned train carriage and offers an exciting, always evolving range of Latin American and European inspired plates. - One of our favourite places on the Blackhorse Beer Mile is Big Penny Social, where you can take a healthy exercise or creative craft class, then relax afterwards with an artisan beer or a bite to eat from one of the pop up street food vendors. - Ten minutes away on St James Street, you'll find True Craft for a great selection of fine craft beers plus mouth watering, freshly made, sourdough pizzas.

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Ritchings Avenue, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
