IF YOU LIVED HERE…

Your spacious 265 square foot reception room is both delightful and characterful, with immaculate details such as neutral, dual toned walls, rich hardwood flooring, a bay window, and a vintage wood burner in an open hearth. At the rear, your kitchen seamlessly blends vintage and modern elements, with dark green marbled worktops, integrated modern appliances, and a decorative tile border along the splashback. Contemporary pendant lighting illuminates the space, while polished hardwood flooring flows underfoot.

Smartly designed, your conservatory is a true highlight here, offering eighty eight square feet of bright, well arranged space. Perfect for an additional lounge area or a creative studio. Back inside and up the stairs, you'll find two bedrooms on the first floor. One features a vintage burgundy accent wall, while the second sleeper is a spacious double with a full wall of deep wooden wardrobes. To the rear, the substantial bathroom impresses with large white tiles accented by bright green. It includes a separate shower cubicle and a spacious tub.

In addition to your proximity to Walthamstow Wetlands, you're just a five minute walk from St. James Park, a green oasis ideal for evening runs. St. James Street, only ten minutes away on foot, offers a variety of options, from succulent sourdough pizza at True Craft Walthamstow to vegan comfort foods at The Green Grill.

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Rensburg Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
