A sleekly appointed two double bedroom Victorian mid terrace spread across three storeys, with a loft room and south-facing garden. You're equidistant from Lloyd Park and Blackhorse Road station here, both an eight minute walk away.

A wealth of blue and green space awaits nearby. Our 500 acre Walthamstow Wetlands, the largest urban wetland reserve in Europe, is in easy reach anytime you want to escape city life. More of that later.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be relaxing in your bright and inviting 145 square foot lounge, with a box bay window, pristine white walls and grey engineered floorboards flowing throughout. Step back through the hallway past the stairs and your 210 square foot kitchen/diner's home to a striking suite of gleaming pewter grey cabinets, an onyx metro tiled backsplash and the dining area nestled next to the garden.

Open the door here for your south-facing garden. Barely overlooked, Trulawn also means it's gloriously low maintenance. Back inside and the ground floor's completed by your first bathroom with a tub and handily sectioned off sink. Head up the stairs and you'll find two double bedrooms, the principal coming in at a sizeable 155 square feet. Bathroom two's just as inviting as its predecessor with more charcoal hues and a rainfall shower cubicle. Lastly, up on the second storey's your 160 square foot skylit loft room complete with a wealth of storage.

Outside and four bus routes run just steps away from your front door. The W15 will whisk you straight to Walthamstow, Leyton Flats, Spitalfields and Hackney, the 123 to Blackhorse Road station, Walthamstow Wetlands, and Ilford for the Elizabeth line. The N73's your carriage from the West End when night falls, and the W11 will get you straight to the Victoria line in either direction, for easy twenty minute runs to Oxford Circus.

WHAT ELSE?

- Parents will be pleased to know you have twenty four schools rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted, all in a one mile radius. Three of these have 'Outstanding' status.
- The Blackhorse Beer Mile, our popular collection of independent craft breweries, tap rooms and beer gardens, is seven minutes' walk. From Exale to Signature Brew and the vast Penny Social, this is bound to be a hit.
- Hoe Street's a four minute cycle away for some fine entertainment options (Ye Olde Rose & Crown and upcoming Soho Theatre Walthamstow). Six minute's ride further will bring you to Walthamstow Village, its picturesque leafy streets ideal for pottering on a Sunday afternoon.

a word from the expert...

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Renness Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
