"This apartment has been an amazing first home, spacious enough for my needs and always full of light even on a cloudy day. The apartment is very quiet and is located in a secure, gated development with a very helpful and friendly concierge desk. South Woodford is a great location with links to both Central London on the underground, Stansted Airport is around half an hour away on M11, which is great for trips to Europe and Southend-on-Sea is in a very close proximity for weekends away at a seaside. South Woodford has its unique character with plenty of independent and national cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, gyms, and even a cinema. Epping Forest with it ancient woodland is just stone away from the flat and provides miles of walking and cycling trials with mine favourite one from South Woodford to Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge. "

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
