"It's been my life long family home after my parents purchased the property in 1972. Most of my childhood was spent playing in the forest with my friends and it was such a great place to grow up. Schools were within walking distance and being this close to the tube for the central line directly into town is brilliant. This is a great family home with really good size bedrooms and whilst we are sad to sell the house, I hope the next owners make as many great memories as we have."

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
