"As first time buyers, this became our first owned home in London. We have absolutely loved living in this flat. It is quiet, peaceful and located right next to Millfields park which has been a saving grace (especially during lockdown). The south west facing garden gets the sun from 11am-5pm is an ace bonus for having mates round for a BBQ too. The flat is also a stones throw from the canal, Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow marshes, so lots of places to explore. It is a 5 min walk from Clapton Station which is a short train ride into Liverpool Street, or Walthamstow, plus great bus links into Hackney. Chatsworth road, which has a great market on Sundays plus lots of nice independent shops is a short walk away too. There are plenty of pubs and coffee shops nearby to explore plus a boutique gym (BLOK) just up the road."
