IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be stretching out in over 1000 square feet of living space, every inch beautifully finished and naturally lit. Step inside and your first reception is on your right ñ a 200 square foot, dual aspect affair with striking statement wall and soft pastel paint job. A lovely introduction. Across the hall reception two features hardwood floors and floods of natural light, laid open to the garden as well as the kitchen.

In here you have a suite of cream cabinets, with pewter fittings and timber worktops, while slate style floor tiles flow underfoot. At the end a handy spare WC and utility room complete the ground floor. Upstairs your family bathroom is nothing short of spectacular, with metro tiling and an onyx rainfall shower over the curvaceous tub. Three solid double bedrooms, including the dual aspect principal sleeper, complete things.

Outside and you're just moments from Blackhorse Lane and the much loved Blackhorse Beer Mile, a collection of independent, family friendly craft breweries, taprooms and beer gardens. From Wildcard Brewery to Exale and the community centric Big Penny Social, there's a whole host of spots so you're bound to find a new favourite. Further down, about fifteen minutes from your front door, you have Blackhorse Lane tube and direct fifteen minute runs to Kings Cross, putting the heart of London a bare half hour away.

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Norfolk Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
