A beautifully presented, artfully preserved, two storey, three bedroom Warner apartment, brimming with vintage style and sleek contemporary finishes alike, and with all the benefits of this timeless design. Lloyd Park is on your doorstep.

From the dedicated front door to the private section of rear garden, these rock solid properties were the turn of the century brainchild of our borough's first mayor, Sir Thomas Courtenay Warner, and remain highly sought after.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be stretching out in over 1000 square feet of living space, an expert blend of vintage style and sleek, modern design. Original timber floorboards flow underfoot from your landing into the 170 square foot front lounge, finished in soft smoky grey and full of natural light from the triple sash window set. Next door is your first bedroom - a 110 square foot double with more vintage trim and a garden view, for now it's an ideal home office.

Elsewhere, your kitchen's a sleek affair with glossy white cabinets and sleek metro tiling, while the first of your twin bathrooms is especially striking with a burnt orange paintjob, onyx fittings and pristine white letterbox tiling. Your second bedroom sits to the rear with soft peach walls and is currently in use as a second reception. Upstairs now, where your dual aspect principal sleeper sits between a skylight and garden view, with a chic en suite shower room, also skylit, fully tiled with onyx trim.

Outside and, as noted, Lloyd Park is practically on your doorstep. Less than five minutes away on foot, these landscaped gardens and open green spaces are home to cafes, courts and an outdoor gym, as well as playing host to all manner of sports clubs and classes, a thriving Saturday market and of course the famous William Morris Gallery. It all adds up to a wonderful back garden.

WHAT ELSE?

- Walthamstow Central station is fifteen minutes on foot or five by bike (your street features secure bike hangers). From here it's just twenty minutes direct to Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street.
- Descend a set of internal stairs for your garden, where gravel gives way to zero maintenance Trulawn and thriving planters, ending in a secluded deck for al fresco dining and morning coffee.
- You've a vast amount of eaves storage as part of your converted loft, so everything can have its place.

word from the owner...

"This has been the perfect first home for us which we've really enjoyed restoring while keeping its authentic charm. We instantly fell in love with the area and its quiet community vibe and many nearby amenities like Lloyd Park which has a weekly food market, Blackhorse beer mile and Walthamstow village (+ more!). We hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have"

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Mersey Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
