IF YOU LIVED HERE...

A generous outside spot, timber decked and sheltered, with lovely views over the grounds, this is the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Back inside, smoky grey engineered hardwood runs underfoot all the way to your sleek and pristine kitchen units at the back, home to a full suite of integrated appliances and sat below chunky space grey worktops. Next door your bedroom's a generous 160 square foot double, plushly carpeted, while your bathroom completes things in softly-lit, five star style.

a word from the owner...

"Living in Highams Park has been amazing. My home allows an abundance of natural light with that great space for hosting friends and family. Also, I am fortunate to work from home and commute to the office with ease that limits any inconvenience. I purchased this property as my first home and loved every single second. The station is only a short walk with regular trains into London. There are a great variety of restaurants, stores and small businesses within walking distance. Since being in Highams Park, I am grateful for the welcoming community and friendly neighbours I have been lucky enough to meet. Also, the wealth of nature and green space on our doorstep has been an amazing source to wind down."

Our Local Guide:
Highams Park

Merriam Close, Highams Park — Stow Brothers

Not everyone in the capital has heard of Highams Park, and that’s only a good thing. Although it’s well connected to Central London on the Overground to Liverpool Street, it’s tucked out of sight enough to ensure that the picturesque woodland and coffee shops have a slightly exclusive feel. That’s not to say that the locals are a cliquey bunch though – far from it, they’ve been welcoming savvy families and individuals after a little more bang for their buck for years.

All the extra space offered up from Epping Forest and Highams Park itself might be the main draw, but newcomers stay for the perks; the silver-lining of the secret slowly getting out is a vibrant and buzzing community which has created a lively food and drink scene.
