"May Road has been a great space for us for the last 4 years. The layout of the house has worked brilliantly for us and always feels very light and spacious. There is plenty of space for home working and entertaining with the large kitchen and private garden. The small road is really peaceful, and is within an LTN so gets little traffic in the surrounding roads. Our neighbours are a lovely friendly group, and its lovely to be on a small road where children can play out in the street together. The local neighbourhood has been so convenient, with plenty of small independent shops, cafes and places to eat, as well as 2 large supermarkets on your door step (I never thought I would actually panic about leaving behind a Morrisons!). The easy commute into the city and around East London has also been a massive plus. At busy times there are buses every 2-3 minutes to Walthamstow Central and Black Horse Rd (Victoria Line), which continue on to Stratford. Highams Park Station is also only a 20 min walk or a short cycle, with direct access to Liverpool St Station. There is easy access to the A406 and M11 too."
