An expertly developed, gorgeously finished and impressively spacious five bedroom family home. Composed of over 1400 square feet of bright, colourful living spaces across three floors, including a huge through lounge and twin bathrooms.

Your location's every bit as desirable. The landscaped gardens and open green spaces of Lloyd Park are just moments away, home to cafes, courts, a huge variety of sports clubs and classes, plus a thriving Saturday market. It's a life changing space to have on your doorstep.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be enjoying all the love and care that's gone into every inch of this impressive property. Your forty four foot deep ground floor is laid open for clear sight-lines throughout. To the front your through lounge offers the warmest of welcomes, with artfully restored original timber floorboards underfoot, timeless shutters on the bay, smoky grey walls and a working wood burner.

To the rear and your wonderfully realised kitchen/diner features oversized slate grey floor tiling sitting below a huge skylight and copper pendulum lighting. There's a beautiful timber topped breakfast bar and a wealth of bespoke royal blue floor to ceiling cabinetry, plus a parquet tiled backsplash. A huge window and patio door to let in yet more natural light, and frame views of your garden. Out here decking descends to lush lawn and a large shed.

Upstairs now, where your principal bedroom occupies the entire frontage at 180 square feet, full of light with walls in powder blue and pale pink, whitewashed vintage floorboards and floor to ceiling wardrobes. Both other first floor sleepers are similarly styled doubles, no box rooms here - while your family bathroom is especially striking, decked out in peach pink tiling with black trim, plus a walk in rainfall shower with matching onyx fittings.

Your loft conversion makes for a superb penthouse. Twin skylights bathe the front double in light, with more original floorboards, pale green walls and a bespoke timber headboard all accentuating the priceless character. Your rearmost loft bedroom's another double, currently in use as a second lounge, with treetop views over your garden. Finally bathroom two is a real rose pink paradise, with copper fittings including a broad rainfall shower sitting below a skylight. Luxurious perfection.

a word from the expert.....

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Marten Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
