"We have lived here for nearly 10 years and during that time have started our family and made many wonderful family memories here. The house itself is beautiful and packed full of lovely period features. We especially love the wood burner for cosy winter nights and the great garden space for summer BBQs. We love the local area, which really offers the 'best of both'. It's got super-easy transport links both road and public transport and is just moments walk away from the expanse of green which is Epping Forest. You can walk or cycle for miles and miles without going near any major roads. We've loved living here and will be really sad to leave the home we brought our babies home to, but the time is right to move closer to family."

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
