"About 10 minutes walk from South Woodford underground station, George lane shopping area and various amenities including pubs. From the driving side, a few minutes from the M11 motorway and A12 trunk road. Several bus routes within 5 minutes walk. I have lived in Lynwood close for 24 years and have enjoyed it greatly. Heating bills are quite low as I have people above, below and each side so it’s well insulated. Good neighbours and a quiet location. The gardens are a meeting place for residents. I'm looking at retirement so it’s time to move on and let someone else enjoy the flat."

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
