A smartly appointed three bedroom family home with generous rooms sizes, a gorgeous south-facing garden. It's all perfectly positioned just six minutes on foot from Blackhorse Road underground and within easy reach of Walthamstow Village.

Lime Street, a welcoming residential terrace, is on a quiet turning off buzzing Forest Road, a stretch peppered with inviting cafes, restaurants and cultural destinations like Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery, just eighteen minutes from your door.

Your traditional red brick home has classic curb appeal. Inside, pale ash flooring welcomes you to your striking, 240 square feet living room basking in light from a generous bay window. Light pours in too from a second window, filling this versatile space with copious natural light. Your kitchen is centrally placed at the heart of your home and a separate WC and shower room are practical for the morning rush. In your conservatory, French doors beckon you to a south-facing garden.

Your first floor is devoted entirely to your three good-sized bedrooms, with the primary bedroom enjoying light from two windows, which are double glazed throughout. These rooms and their layouts offer a multitude of configurations. Why not have an office in one room, or perhaps a dressing room in another? All the rooms benefit from gas central heating, promising a cosy home when the sun goes down.

Blackhorse Lane is the site of Walthamstow's famous beer mile, showcasing a raft of craft beer establishments such as the Wildcard Brewery and the famed Trueman's Social Club. For a quieter life, the greenery of Lee Valley Park is right on your doorstep while the tranquility of London's largest nature reserve, the Green Flag award-winning Walthamstow Wetlands, is just fourteen minutes on foot with 500 acres of wild blue and green space to relax in.

- After your six minutes stroll to Blackhorse Road, jump on the Victoria line and speed to Kings Cross in fifteen minutes. St James Street station, just ten minutes from your doorstep, is handy for direct twenty minute runs to Liverpool Street.
- Drivers are just ten minutes from the North Circular and Lime Street is near to several electric charging stations. Residents' parking is available, so finding a space should be hassle-free. For non car-owners, your nearest car share pool is just five minutes' walk on Carlsbrooke Road.
- For parents, there is a choice of twenty five 'Good' and 'Outstanding' primary and secondary schools, all within a mile.

a word from the expert...

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:

Lime Street, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
