IF YOU LIVED HERE...
Finished to a luxurious standard throughout, this light filled one bedroom apartment is a tremendous find. Step inside and blonde hardwood flooring flows underfoot in your entrance hall, running on into your 250 square foot open plan kitchen and lounge. A suite of sleek and seamless cabinetry sits at one end, home to integrated appliances and chunky white worktops, while your balcony fills the opposite wall.
Natural light floods in via the wall to wall sliding doors, framing tremendous views even before you step outside. With a twenty six storey, South facing vista maximised by the glass balustrade, this is a splendid spot. It's sheltered too, so you can enjoy your balcony whatever the weather. Elsewhere your bedroom's a substantial double, with mirrored storage and more floor to ceiling views, while the bathroom is a neat boutique affair with vessel sink and a rainfall shower.
Outside, and Stratford station is just a couple of minutes on foot, for the Jubilee and Central tube lines, the DLR, Mildmay overground and Elizabeth line services. All of London is easily accessible from here. That's not all, the famous Westfield shopping centre is just a few steps further. You can be strolling the broad promenades just five minutes after stepping out your front door. Finally, the diverse, inventive nightlife of East Village (the former Olympic Athlete's village, now reimagined as 'London's Coolest Postcode') is just half a mile on foot.

Our Local Guide:
Stratford
Given it’s been almost a decade since the Olympic torch touched down in Stratford, it’s probably time to let this part of East London shine on its own. It truly is a destination in its own right, with a multitude of restaurants, bars and pubs cropping up in the area, and that’s before we’ve even mentioned one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. Yep, Westfield might draw most visitors to the area, but Stratford’s Market Village is a hidden gem and where you’ll get a true flavour of the community.
Of course, we do have to acknowledge the legacy of the London 2012 Games and the regeneration it brought to the area, including the soon to be opened East Bank. With the former Olympic venues open to the public, residents have an incredibly advanced sport and fitness facilities, while the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the world’s longest helter skelter, is quite literally Stratford’s standout feature.

Transport links
Stratford’s quite the hub. With the launch of the Crossrail, it is now on the Elizabeth line, while high-speed trains already travel between Stratford International and Ashford. The Overground runs to North London, while the Jubilee line and DLR go to Canary Wharf. Finally, London Underground’s Central line nips to the West End.
Vibrant shopping district
What can’t you get in Stratford? It really is a shopper’s delight, with everything from the luxury boutiques, high street retailers and department stores at Westfield Stratford, to the essential shops and market stalls within the Stratford Centre, and the independent stores of the East Village.
Recent regeneration/Post-Olympics
A key aim for the successful London 2012 Games bid was the wider regeneration of the area, which has resulted in one of the world’s largest cultural districts, East Bank. Universities UCL and UAL’s London College of Fashion will join the BBC, Sadler’s Wells and the V&A, opening 2022-2023.
