IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be stretching out in your spacious open plan living space and planning your packed social calendar, now that you live in one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

You’ll have an instant kick in your stride thanks to the calming decor and blonde-toned floors, while the recessed spot lighting combined with the generous floor-to-ceiling patio doors means you’ll always have an extra touch of brilliance in your home.

There's plenty of space for dining or working. The bathroom is equally immaculate, with a shower over the tub, smart storage sink and modern tiling.

The communal gardens are thoughtfully curated, offering an al fresco seating area and stretch of lush lawn.

Beyond, Walthamstow Central station is around five minutes on foot from your front door, where you can jump on the Victoria line to get to Oxford Circus twenty minutes, or take the Overground to Liverpool Street in the same amount of time.

You’ve got countless amenities on your doorstep, including Europe’s longest market which runs along Walthamstow High Street, the nine-screen Empire cinema, the many, many quality eateries and independent stores of Hoe Street, plus the convenient chains found in the 17&Central shopping centre.

WHAT ELSE?

- The lively Crate St James, home to an array of independent pop-up kitchens, breweries and barbers, is a 12 minutes walk way.
- Your new local? Walthamstow institution The Chequers has a great menu and large beer garden, all just three minutes away on foot.
- There’s a buzz in the air about Soho Theatre Walthamstow, a 1000 seat performance space that will be home to world-class entertainment when it opens in 2023 - and it’ll be less than half a mile from your front door.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub. There are four trains stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname ‘awesomestow’”.

Walthamstow

Lambkins Mews, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
