"I've very much enjoyed my time in Kenwood Gardens where I've had easy access to South Woodford High Street and to the tube which is just 3 minutes walk away with a direct line into Liverpool Street and central London. Stratford Westfield shopping centre is just 15 minutes away by train. Additionally, there is quick access to the A406, M11 and M25 allowing me to drive in all directions very quickly! I've made friends with neighbours here and we look out for each other. During the lockdowns this was particularly important. My plan now is to move to join friends at the coast but it's been a difficult decision to leave my flat which has been a really convenient base, easy to run and the sunny garden has been a source of great pleasure."

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
