An immaculate and super stylish three bedroom end of terrace house, artfully arranged over three floors just moments from Blackhorse Road station and the delights of Blackhorse Lane. Architecture is an artful blend of contemporary brickwork and Victorian silhouettes, while inside Design & Decor is rich and immaculate.

You have many attractions on your doorstep; Walthamstow Beer Mile on nearby Blackhorse Lane features a wide range of independent taprooms and breweries from Big Penny Social to Exhale, there’s also a thriving programme of events to be had here. For nature lovers. Walthamstow Wetlands are a short stroll away, offering the best of both worlds in your immediate locale.

IF YOU LIVED HERE:

You are sure to be wowed the moment you step through the front door into your gloriously large 280 square foot through lounge. The dramatic royal blue palette contrasts beautifully with the light blonde engineered hardwood and white plantation shutters. To the rear, a glass brick wall and door surround gives way to your stairwell and that breathtaking kitchen/diner, which has underfloor heating throughout. In here you have some sleek cream fitted cabinets, complete with integrated appliances and a pleasing abundance of storage space. Work surfaces are handsome timber on one side and smart slate effect on the other, and underfoot there's more blonde hardwood with delicate sage walls. This room is absolutely flooded with light thanks to twin skylights overhead and by the set of bi folding patio doors leading out to your garden. Out here you have a sheltered twenty five foot mix of patio and lawn, wonderfully secluded thanks to your end of terrace location, a painted mural on the rear fence adds some characterful colour and you’re bursting with thriving screening greenery and lively pots.

Back inside and your ground floor's completed by a handy WC, decked out with stylish and quirky wallpaper. Upstairs and the unique charm and style continues, with ornate and artful stairwell surrounds. You have the wonderful benefit of all three double bedrooms being dual aspect, with panoramic views of the local area, while your first floor principal bedroom comes in at an impressive 130 square foot with neutral and fresh decor . Bedroom two's another double finished in Lincoln green with brass fittings. Your bathroom's similarly jaw dropping, marbled from floor to ceiling with a rainfall shower over the tub. Finally your immaculately realised loft conversion offers a skylit penthouse double bedroom, and similarly bright dedicated dressing room.

WHAT ELSE?

- Current or prospective parents will be pleased to know that you have five primary/secondary schools rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted less than a mile away on foot.
- We highly recommend checking out Yonder, a local climbing and bouldering centre that also has a great cafe and space for working. We also urge you to try Slowburn - a restaurant in a working denim atelier, it has an amazing cocktail menu as well as delicious dishes.
- You're just a third of a mile on foot from Blackhorse Road station, which will whisk you to King's Cross in less than fifteen minutes. Heading to the City? St James Street overground is just ten minutes walk and will get you straight to Liverpool Street in under twenty.

a word from the expert...

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable.  Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years."   KIM HEYWOOD E17 BRANCH MANAGER

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Ickworth Park Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
