IF YOU LIVED HERE

Nestled at the bottom of a popular residential street, you find this attractive private block of 18 luxury apartments. Inside you will love the chic and high quality finish throughout; you have two double bedrooms with snuggly carpets, both are light and bright with large windows. You are going to revel in spending time in that spacious open planned living area - the smart kitchen is at one end, opening out into the rest of the space. With an abundance of windows, this space is beautifully bright and airy, and provides an excellent opportunity for both relaxation and socialising. Your private balcony, which enjoys great views, is part covered allowing you to enjoy in all weathers, and create your perfect outdoor oasis.

Back inside and notice the architectural touches including the wide hallways, allowing for storage and even setting up a little desk for home working. The apartment is completed by a smart and well appointed bathroom, finished to a very high standard with a waterfall shower over a large tub.

As mentioned Lloyd Park is a short hop away. The most popular park in the borough, it also houses the glorious William Morris Gallery. Within the grounds (once the home of Walthamstow’s most famous son), you’ll also find landscaped gardens, cafes, a playground, tennis courts, an outdoor gym, an enclosed dog area and skatepark.

a word from the owners...

"We moved into this flat in March 2020, and we've loved living here for the last 3 years. The flat itself is modern , light and airy, with full length windows and a good size balcony. There's underfloor heating throughout, but being a modern building and having downstairs neighbours means we're rarely used it! The flat is well proportioned, so we've managed to have two separate working spaces (away from the main living room which has been such an advantage when working from home) and two double bedrooms with large wardrobes in each. We're within walking distance of Walthamstow Central station, Lloyd Park for the Saturday market, and Walthamstow Village for restaurants and pubs. We've also benefitted from the close proximity to the Wood Street high street and Epping Forest for walks. We're only moving as we're looking for another bedroom and to move closer to our families in the South West."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Howard Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
