"When we first entered this flat back in January 2020, we were blown away by the living space. This flat is the largest in the Eclipse development, with a spacious terrace and balcony (and lots of storage!). The location is fantastic with excellent transport links, plenty of parks, cafes, and friendly breweries (with many of them serving food - yum). Epping Forest is just a short journey away, which has been our favourite weekend adventure. The community here is also fantastic. In our time here we’ve joined a few family-friendly street parties and summer drinks with neighbours in the courtyard. The area is set to improve even further with The Standard (music venue) being built by Blackhorse Road station, and the Uplands development including plans for more public green space. We’ve put a lot of love and care into the property, including upgrading the fittings and fixtures. The flat comes with two parking spaces, which has been really useful in an area with very limited parking. We’ve really enjoyed living in this unique and spacious flat, and we’re sad to be leaving – but glad that this will be an exciting new home for the next owners."

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
