A sleek, smart and bright one bedroom apartment, enviably elevated on the eighth floor of a contemporary development right in the heart of our borough. You're right next to Walthamstow Central station with tremendous views across East London.

Walthamstow Central station is literally on your doorstep and offers direct twenty minute connections to Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus, putting both the City and West End within the easiest of easy reach.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be enjoying horizon wide views over the Walthamstow skyline from your private balcony. Timber floored and sheltered, with glazed balustrades to make the most of those dramatic vistas, it's a superb space for morning coffee. Sliding French doors lead into your 250 square foot, open plan lounge/kitchen, filling this stylish space with natural light.

In here hardwood floors pass a striking royal blue statement wall, leading to a smart suite of glossy white and designer charcoal kitchen cabinets, topped with chunky work surfaces and backed with white letterbox splashbacks. Step out into the hall and there's a welcome wealth of fitted storage before you get to your softly lit, boutique bathroom. Finally, your double bedroom features floor to ceiling windows to make the most of that epic elevation.

Outside and you couldn't be more perfectly placed. As well as Walthamstow Central on your doorstep, you have our sought after locale of Walthamstow Village just ten minutes walk away. Here you'll find a renowned range of independent wining and dining establishments, from the classic gastropub charms of The Queens Head to the bistro chic of Eat17. If it's live entertainment you're after then nearby Hoe Street has you covered with Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub and, opening soon, the 1000 seat Soho Theatre Walthamstow.

WHAT ELSE?

- Our famous High Street, home to the longest street market in Europe, is just moments away. If you can't buy it here you probably don't need it.
- With a nice long ease on this modern build, you can have complete peace of mind.
- You're well served for nature too. Our beloved green gem of Lloyd Park is just a fifteen minute stroll, for landscaped gardens, open green spaces cafes and courts.

a word from the owner...

"You simply cannot beat the location here. You can get into town so quickly with the Victoria line and Overground right outside, but are also on the edge of Epping Forest for when you want to escape. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including some fantastic pubs and restaurants. Some of my best memories in this apartment have been out on the balcony during warm summer evenings. The flat is so well insulated that you'll never get cold throughout winter or hear the (lovely) neighbours."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Hoe Street, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
