IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You’d be living in a fantastic apartment in the beating heart of Walthamstow, with one of the best views in the neighbourhood. You could enjoy drinks or dinner on your balcony whilst watching the sun go down over the City skyline. Everything you need would be just moments away, from great shopping and leisure facilities to lovely local parks and lots of open green spaces.

From the moment you enter the building, you’d be impressed by the quality of your surroundings and the amazing location. Every detail has been considered in this design-led development completed just four years ago, from the landscaped grounds, double-height entrance lobby, and secure cycle storage, to the high-spec fixtures and fittings within the apartments.

The apartment is in immaculate condition. This includes the blonde engineered flooring throughout the huge open-plan main living space (which is over 30 ft long), and the high-gloss white and matt grey handleless cabinets, metro-tiled splash-back, and integrated appliances in the neat L-shaped kitchen. This room is great for relaxation or entertaining with ample space for sofas, a lovely dining area surrounded by full-height picture windows, and a glazed door that opens onto the west-facing balcony.

The balcony is decked and covered, and has absolutely stunning views to the south and west, including the skylines of the City and Canary Wharf. Its westerly orientation makes it perfect for soaking up the afternoon and evening sun.

Both bedrooms also face west and have the same great views. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and bespoke built-in wardrobes, whilst the second bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the balcony. The bathrooms are hotel-style, with fully tiled walls and floors, stylish contemporary suites, mirrored vanity units, and heated towel rails.

There’s plenty of storage space throughout the apartment, including a large walk-in storage cupboard in the hallway.

a word from the owners.....

"If our family hadn’t outgrown this apartment, we would have been happy to stay here many more years. There are so many great things we will miss, it’s difficult to know where to start. The location, nearby the village and the craft breweries beyond. A short cycle or bus to Epping Forest, The Walthamstow Wetlands (and the Walthamstow beer mile), and nearby Lloyd Park. The convenience of being less than 20 minutes away from Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus by train is hard to beat. We think the thing we will miss the most, however, will be the sunsets. Being able to see the horizon all the way from Canary Wharf, past the City of London, all the way north beyond Alexandra Palace, means you are able to see the entire skyline as the sun goes down every day. No two are ever the same and most are spectacular."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Hoe Street, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
