A stylish, two double bedroom, second floor apartment with an enormous, open plan kitchen and reception room. Located on the corner of Wanstead High Street, opposite the park, you've a host of cafes, shops and nightlife at your fingertips.

It's only five minutes on foot to Snaresbrook and Wanstead stations, where the swift Central line connects you to Liverpool Street in eighteen minutes and Oxford Circus in twenty seven.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Step through the front door and you'll find an enormous, 260 square foot, open plan kitchen and reception space to your left. Triple aspect, everything is bathed in natural light from a tower bay, and two more large, bright windows overlooking the front and side. The kitchen features solid timber worktops, smooth pale grey cabinets, glossy white splashbacks and a stainless steel integrated oven with gas hob and extractor hood. Blonde engineered hardwood runs underfoot throughout this bright, impressive space.

Back in the entrance hall there are two custom made cupboards, adding additional storage space to the built in wardrobes in your first double bedroom. In here, there's more of that immaculate hardwood flooring and a wide, bright window offering rooftop views. Your principal bedroom sits next door, another generous double with more blonde hardwood underfoot, bespoke wardrobes and a triple set of frontal aspect windows. At the end of the hallway, you'll arrive in your stylish bathroom. All decked out in floor to ceiling, glossy white metro tiles, with a chrome heated towel rail and mixer shower over the bathtub.

Outside, the open green fields of Wanstead Park are directly opposite your new home. With the High Street running alongside, it's the perfect spot for walking, meeting friends and rolling out your picnic blanket on a warm summer's day. There are many cafes and restaurants along the High Street too, some overlooking the park, where you can soak up the vibrant local atmosphere while sipping speciality coffee or nibbling on artisanal baked treats. In the evening, we'd recommend visiting either of the wonderful wine bars, MUST or Daygustation, for a carefully curated glass of fine wine.

Our Local Guide:
Wanstead

High Street Wanstead, Wanstead — Stow Brothers

Thanks to its royal connections and grand properties, Wanstead has previously been compared to the likes of Twickenham and Richmond, although East Londoners are quick to point out that it has plenty enough merits of its own.

For a start, despite its villagey feel, it’s proudly nestled within London’s most creative quadrant and only a short hop on the Central line from the bright lights of the City. There’s also an abundance of green space – Wanstead Flats, Epping Forest, Wanstead Park and Chalet Wood, with the seasonal display of bluebells in the latter just calling out for an accompanying picnic from one of the well-stocked local delis or cafes. But that’s not to say that Wanstead’s charming pubs and restaurants aren’t delightful to look at themselves – it’ll be deciding which to go for that’s the problem.
