2 Bedroom

2 Bath

An elegant two double bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the third floor of a modern development, moments from Walthamstow Central. Immaculately finished, it's perfectly placed for commuters and for everything the area has to offer.

Your balcony is a room unto itself, with decking underfoot and spectacular views. You'll also enjoy the use of the beautifully designed and secluded communal gardens, which you'll have a great view of from your home.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

Head up to the third floor and into your hallway, with handy storage space on your right. You'll find your large reception straight ahead, with floor to ceiling dual aspect windows for floods of natural light. Pale engineered flooring lies underfoot and your stylish kitchen with two tone units and bright orange splashback hugs one corner. Step out from here onto your part-covered balcony.

Back through the hall and on your left, there's your main bedroom, also with dual aspect windows, Juliet balcony, and bespoke wardrobe with sliding doors. Your en suite sits in the corner, part tiled in subtle neutrals, with rainfall shower over the tub. Next off your hall is bedroom number two. This has soft carpet underfoot and a floor to ceiling window. Lastly you'll find your main bathroom, the twin of the en suite, with shower cubicle and chrome gooseneck shower in place of the tub.

It's just three minutes' walk to Walthamstow Central station, from where you can jump on the Victoria Line or Overground and be at King's Cross or Liverpool Street in as little as a quarter of an hour. Both the High Street and Hoe Street are on your doorstep, offering endless options for food and drink, and Walthamstow Village is under half a mile away for even more wining and dining favourites. Plus the lush Lloyd Park is a twelve minute stroll.

a word from the owner...

"We’ve loved living in the heart of Walthamstow and made amazing memories in this flat. Being right across the road from the station means we’ve had an easy commute, the village within short walking distance, and handily had a cinema downstairs to catch late premieres without a long journey home. Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

High Street, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
