"We've loved our time in this flat, making the transition from a busy couple taking advantage of the great pubs and Leyton underground/Central Line on our doorstep, to new parents exploring local playgrounds, cafes, green spaces and family networks. Although we've taken advantage of our High St location, being able to grab milk within 30 secs as well as stocking up on culinary goods at the famous Meatlove butcher across the road and ASDA/B&Q/our daughter's nursery a 5 min walk away, it still feels quiet and private. A coffee, wine or beer at Francis Road or the Olympic Park are close by, but we've also enjoyed peaceful countryside Essex walks within 20 mins. Crossrail down the road is also a big plus, as well as the quick links from Stratford International to Kent beaches in the Summer. We've loved the bright, multi-level open plan living of our home which feels spacious, even with a small child, and are sad to say goodbye to our lovely downstairs neighbours who have even been kind enough to babysit on occasion!"
